1st time here and spent 12 bucks on a Mango bowl that just wasn’t up to par. $12 is a lot to get canned pineapples on top

The chocolate bowl was not freshly made at all. Even other bowls are at times not freshly made. Kindly take notice and rectify asap. Thanks.

I came here around 2pm on Saturday to order the Raspberry açaí bowl. I looked up what I wanted beforehand and knew what I wanted when I came in.
To begin, it was so hot in the store when I walked in that I contemplated going outside to wait for them to finish my order. Still air. I’m not sure if their a/c is just not working or if they only keep in on in the back, but I wouldn’t recommend sitting in or studying here.
The service was meh. The girl at the counter wasn’t the most inviting, but she got my order correct. The other lady who actually made my bowl did well, but when I asked if they had napkins she said no and then walked away. There was a paper towel dispenser next to the sink she could’ve offered as a solution. What restaurant doesn’t have napkins…?
The bowl itself was good. Taste wise it was what I expected. No comments there
The price? A little high considering it’s a smoothie with probably a dollars worth of fruit on top.
I paid 15 dollars and don’t feel like what I got was worth doing it again. Was it good, yeah. Was it $15 bucks good? I don’t think so…

Delicious. The bank representative suggested I get a bowl. I can't remember which one I purchased. I think it was a high-protein one. This is a noncash establishment.

Oh my goodness!! Absolutely amazing experience! First time visiting and McKenzie was incredible, answered every question I had. Went in completely clueless about the menu but she helped me pick the perfect drink - now I'm obsessed with the Açaí Banana Berry! This is an absolute gem, definitely coming back regularly!

Update 4/16/2025: I was in the Cypress area today and wanted to stop by after my meeting. Unfortunately today was subpar. The service was mediocre and my protein bowl was not made to perfection. There was too much ice in the base, making it watery. Ughh!!! $15 bucks for this. The Katy location delivers everytime I go.I guess I will stick to the Katy location.
love love this place!!! The vegan ice cream is a must try!

One of the worst protein bowls I have ever bought. Huge chunks of bananas, ordered extra granola wasn’t added. So disappointed with my order a waste.
