Prices are crazy high. Also when you want to substitute for a chocolate drizzle instead of a cashew drizzle - they charge for an upgrade!

Hi Kristin! Good news - we found your receipt, and you are 100% correct. Your bowl comes with blue vanilla drizzle and you were charged for chocolate drizzle. We have spoken with the team member who took your oder and made sure he and others know it is ok to swap those items. We've also refunded the upcharge directly to the card you used since you should not have been charged in the first place.

I ordered a Green Apple Detox and they didn't include all the ingredients; they didn't have ginger, lemon, or celery. I asked them where the rest of the ingredients listed on the menu were, and they told me they didn't have them. Why do they offer it and charge the same price? They're really making a fool of the customer.

Hi Soninest, thanks for bringing this to our attention. I’m sorry for the frustration around your order. I want to clarify that celery is not an ingredient in our Green Apple Detox. I am told at the time of your visit, the only ingredient we were missing was fresh ginger, and the team did offer a premade ginger shot as a substitute, which I understand wasn’t what you were looking for. This isn’t a normal situation for us, and I completely understand why it was disappointing given the menu expectations.
