Good service - a bit pricey and limited selection of food

Though the smoothies and bowls are DELICOUS, the service and system leaves something to be desired. After placing a rather large order online and being told me order was ready, making the stop on somewhat of a time crunch, I come to find that the system never received my order and had to begin making everything from scratch. That is in spite of the fact that the online order was deemed prepared. Also, because of this they were unable to get the specifications I made to the order correctly. A huge time waster and very frustrating. Love the products, but I’ll go to Main Squeeze next time.
I’m sorry but they make their açai bowls very lazily. their ingredients are very sparing and it’s overall just bland this is truly not worth $11 I won’t even say it’s worth five.(none of the products on this menu are worth the price) there’s MUCH MUCH better natural juice-bar places in the city of Houston it’s self(rather than Katy) like NOURISH juice bar where you’re getting your moneys worth & where customer service nor food preparation lack. this place won’t be seeing my business again i am Very sorry. Nekter fails me time after time after same darn time.

A++++ customer service. Rula, Alana and Alexis have been amazing each time. The quality is better than expected. Everything looks just like the pictures and tastes just as expected. They are constantly having specials and promotions so do not let the prices scary you away. They are using real and fresh ingredients with fair sizes. You get what you pay for

I went to this location on 10/21/20 at 6:45 PM (they close at 7:00 PM). I was told they couldn’t make the juice because the machine was being cleaned in bleach. I’m assuming they were cleaning before close, but if you’re a JUICE BAR, I would think you would serve juices until closing time. Maybe management might want to rethink hours and close earlier if what they advertise isn’t going to be offered since it’s “too close to closing”.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I love that it is almost 100% vegan products. The employees are very helpful and I have never not enjoyed my order. If Lani is there she is 100% vegan so can answer a lot of your questions about the products and veganism in general. My favorite things to order is the oatmeal with almond butter banana oatmeal, açaí peanut butter bowl and the pumpkin immunity bowl.

I went in to Nekter on 10/12/20. I ordered a Dragon Fruit I sat outside and ate my cup of dragon fruit, banana,pineapple,agave, nectar,hempseed & granola. As I was eating this all i could think was this has got to be full of SUGAR. Turns out there is 470 calories per cup of this for calories. Very little sugar.most coming from the fruit. So it is very healthy. I will be back for sure i was very happy.

Hi Lisa! Thanks so much for your positive feedback! You are correct - we do not add ANY additional sugars, artificial flavors or sweeteners, or hidden fillers in our products. We use only clean, fresh ingredients. The only sugar comes from the natural sugars in the fruit and the natural sugars in the agave. We're so happy we found each other and hope to see you again, soon!
Better smoothies at a gas station. 9$ for what was reminiscent of 2% milk, crushed peanuts and chalk. Staff too busy on iPhones to greet you or seem to care about any part of my visit. There are many better options in Cinco Ranch from folks who care about their product and service to take your business to.

With no reason some times are closed can be rude if you drive 20 minutes to get your bowl even when if google maps are open they can be closed !

I used to love this place, but the last few times we have been, they get our order wrong and still charge us for the extras we order, even though we do not receive them. This has been consistent.
