Customer service and the speed of getting my order was great. However, my smoothie was the wrong consistency which I did not care for. I never had a problem at this location before but my smoothie started to separate and was very chunky - definitely made with incorrect portions so it was not smooth like I have previously ordered.

I always have a great experience when I go to Nekter! The person working was fast to greet me & had my pickup order ready to go! The protein bowl was larger than I anticipated and was so delicious! I also got a smoothie for after my workout, which was amazing. I will definitely be back!

I ordered an acai bowl and you were out of açaí. I also didn’t receive my free juice/smoothie offer in the app for being a new customer.

The store was clean and my order was ready to go when I arrived. The employee at the register was kind and had no issue making a last minute addition to my smoothie

I ordered a smoothie which I was unable to drink due to the amount of ginger. I love ginger but this was so strong it burned my entire throat and mouth.

No “mocha” in the mocha smoothie and no one told me even though I was standing there waiting.

Took over 40 minutes and smoothies were liquid by the time we received them Never once was told sorry for wait

Love your bowls and smoothies!

I’ve noticed some inconsistencies over the last mont or so. A greenie I purchased did have much green. Tasted like lemon and celery. Also the smoothie bowls have been inconsistent. Last 3 times I haven’t received goji berries.

Great service as usual. I tried the new pumpkin smoothie, subbed coconut water for cashew milk and deleted the bananas. Unfortunately, the drink was way too sweet, and I ended up throwing it out. I blame myself for this one.

The smoothie maker was excellent efficient and had a great attitude pleasure to do business

This Nektar still needs pointers in customer service and the smoothies are not as good as they used to be. I assume because the employees are new.

The pumpkin smoothie was kind of watery but still delicious.
