My smoothie was made perfectly. It was ready when promised and the customer service was perfect.

I ordered ahead. When I arrived it was not ready and they were out of strawberries and offered no discount or anything for the smoothie I ordered that was missing ingredients. It’s usually great here but this was a bummer

I placed my order at 8:44am and arrived at 9:22am and my order was not even started. They did not have lids for my smoothie. It was just dysfunctional, I heard stories about this location and it seems to be all true.

Placed order online. Still took another 15 minutes when we got there to get it. Smoothie was ready but refresher was forgotten about. Then the refresher wasn’t even made right. Tasted horrible.

I ordered one smoothies using the app and it said my order was going to be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to pick up my order a few minutes after the scheduled time. I still had to wait 20 minutes for my order. The employees were very nice and apologized. I appreciated their good customer service, however, this has been my experience every time I order from this location. I started using the app to get and avoid standing around and waiting for my order, but it has not been helpful as I have to wait 20 minutes or more regardless.

I did not enjoy my smoothie at all :/

It's so easy to order ahead and pick up. We did have to wait awhile to be helped, and it turned out our smoothies were keeping perfectly cold in a fridge. We weren't being ignored; everyone was busy making things.

I got my usual of an açaí banana berry bowl and I am unfortunately disappointed by the quality of it. The fresh fruit is good quality, but when they were sliced, they were never separated, so the strawberries and banana were in a giant clump. And the “smoothie” is the consistency of a fruit juice, not even a normal smoothie. The bowls are supposed to be a thick consistency so it can sit it layers. Instead it’s like a smoothie soup where everything has sunk to the bottom. I love Nekter, but the quality this time was very disappointing.

Ordered for pick up at 1:40, Ordered not ready until about 2:10. Waited inside, cashier helpful, advised smoothie maker more than once we were there for pick up. Smoothie maker proceeded to what felt like ignore the order and do several other things including stopping before any acknowledgment. Few minutes past is fine, but 30 min and with acknowledgment that we were there seemed a little excessive. Cashier apologized for time. Smoothie maker didn't seem to care. Overall more than likely will not be back to this location. .

Always friendly workers here and we love our juices and smoothies.

Smoothies and bowls are always delicious you are my go to place for those items.

I love nekter and will still be back but my smoothie was made wrong and the guy refused to remake it even though I asked so nicely & was so sick it’s the only thing I could have right now.

My smoothie was excellent!
