Excellent service! I placed a mobile order and arrived a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready. It was all ready and sitting nicely in the fridge to stay fresh. The smoothies were delicious!

My smoothie bowl and smoothie were completely liquid. Nothing frozen about them. And the smoothie wasn’t well blended, chunks of spinach and banana still.

The staff is generally kind and professional. Sometimes they seem overwhelmed or distracted at times, but for the most part, things are good.

I ordered online today. The store was really busy but it appeared that they were not filling orders based on when they were submitted. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after I arrived in which I was even after my order should have been completed by 10 minutes. I watched as my order was made and ingredients were left out and the smoothie was not blended very well. I had ice cubes throughout. While I realize they get busy, I would have rather they took a breath and focused on quality then try to frantically rush through my order and get it incorrectly made.

It was great. My smoothie was ready when I arrived and an employee asked if I had a pickup order as soon as she saw me by the pickup window. She got my smoothie quickly and asked if I needed anything else.

Consistency of the smoothie I order on a regular basis (PH health nut) is wildly inconsistent in flavor and thickness/texture.
I used to purchase 4-5x/weekly. I now purchase 1-2x/wk with intentions to slowly reduce visit frequency.
