My smoothie was amazing, however the girls did not seem excited to be there today.

We placed a mobile order for today because of National smoothie day and we’d received an email about buy one get one 50% off. When we placed our order it wouldn’t accept the discount/coupon/promo so we were disappointed as that’s what drew us in for today specifically. We continued with the order but it was a little tainted. Since it was a mobile order there wasn’t much customer service needed.

This location is the only one nearby that makes my smoothies and bowls how I like them consistently! Every time I go to another location I regret it, as my orders often don’t include everything I ordered. Also Jaden is an absolute boss! She holds the business down and is always in control of the chaos when the lines are long and the place gets packed!

The app said my smoothie would be available at 1:00. I arrived at 12:50. There were a few other customers in the store so I sat down near the pickup area to wait. After everyone else was served, I was asked if I was waiting for an order. It was in the fridge the eight minutes I’d been waiting. I would understand if the store was understaffed, but I counted at least five employees. It would be helpful if one of them could ask customers if they had placed an order in the app, or if there was signage indicating where to ask about app orders.

I love the smoothies and açaí bowls! The only negative is the price..I would eat here much more often if it was more affordable.

I was delighted with my smoothie. I had an offer which made it affordable…most of the time I can’t justify spending so much on a smoothie.

I love Nekter and treat myself to a Pumpkin pie smoothie each year. This one was chunky and hard to drink. It had chunks of ice and dates not fully blended. That has never happened before. I still drank it as I was already headed down the freeway.
