Amazing customer service! Great drinks consistently. Don't forget to have the staff take 2 minutes to wipe tables, push in chairs, & pay attention to presentation/first impression. Customers need to remember to push their chairs in, but that's gone by the wayside.... So send out a staff member to do a quick once over on the floor. Appearance and cleanliness are everything.

My orders weren't right. The items missing were the things we had to pay to add. Very upset

My mobile order was not ready when it was supposed to be. My parfait was not what I ordered. I called and they took my name and it will be replaced but it was an inconvenience.

Ordered online at 9:45 am which was to be ready at 10:03. Showed up at 10:15 am as I know orders are never ready on time. Today Order was finally ready to be picked up at 10:30. You all really need a way to prioritize online orders to be ready when quoted over people coming in and placing orders in person or what is the point to placing an order ahead of time?

Usually don’t come to this location but did so bc you had the new pb and j bowl which was fantastic lots of people waiting for their stuff but the one girl was working very hard
