Greenie tastes different lately, way too much lemon and too sweet

Ordered a cleanse and they didn’t bother to let me know they didn’t not order enough product to fulfill my order on the date I rwquestwd

Ordered for pick up at 1:40, Ordered not ready until about 2:10. Waited inside, cashier helpful, advised smoothie maker more than once we were there for pick up. Smoothie maker proceeded to what felt like ignore the order and do several other things including stopping before any acknowledgment. Few minutes past is fine, but 30 min and with acknowledgment that we were there seemed a little excessive. Cashier apologized for time. Smoothie maker didn't seem to care. Overall more than likely will not be back to this location. .

We love everything we get from here and ordering through the app ahead of time makes it so convenient.

my best friend of less than a year and i have been sitting here for at least 25 minutes. the dude who took our order looked like he had no idea where he was. there is at least 6 people here waiting for their orders and the dude started crying in the back and the girl just stood there and looked around for a little bit. i love this place.

Nekter on Lake Pleasant is always delicious! The staff is super helpful and even when busy, they work well under pressure. I give them credit for knocking out the orders without losing quality. Thank you guys so much for your hard work!

The two associates working were friendly and very efficient!

My order was ten minutes late and they forgot an ingredient, so she put it on a little to go cup and just told me to add it while I ate it. For the price of your items, she should have remade it. I will not recommend this location or go back.

My order wasn’t ready when I got there but the girls got on it ASAP. The only issues was the additive powders were all just at the bottom so not the best juice ever

I love going here! Everyone is always incredibly kind. I do think however, that the mobile order pick up system could be a bit different. The workers usually only ask for the first name of the order which sometimes leads to my order being given to someone who came in before me with the same name, leaving the person prior with the wrong order and me waiting a little more. Not a huge problem, but something that could be solved with asking what the order was! :)

We were wonderfully served with 2 lg green apple detox. I’m handicapped. Your good people always help me out to the car with my drinks. I have lost 50lbs all beginning with your delicious drink.
