I was disappointed this time. My bowl was not fully blended together. There were so many big frozen chunks and fruits not incorporated into the base. I come pretty often so I know how it normally is. Not only is it affect the consistency but also the taste was different. I didn’t discover the issue until I got home and couldn’t go back to the store to show them. Like I said I come often and don’t have any issues, but this time was disappointing.

Staff was friendly and got the order correct. The order was completed on time.

I feel like I had a really good experience at nekter juice bar! This was my second time going and I absolutely love the quality of the food items as well as the customer service. I had ordered through the app both times and my açaí bowls and smoothie were ready both times. Both are absolutely delicious! I also received a free small smoothie as a welcome gift, that I had used the last time I went and really appreciate! I would say that nekter, for me, is the best place to get a delicious smoothie or açaí bowl. I wish I had discovered this place sooner! I will definitely be a frequent customer. Thank you very much!
