Love the Lake Pleasant location. Friendly, efficient staff and consistent high quality.

The bowl was very good however a few of the blueberries had their stems on it still.

The employee who helped me was friendly, smoothie was delicious and service was fast.

I feel good about my experience, I was able to order online since I was working and I work from home. I had someone pick up my order and they were able to pick it up with ease. I ordered my açaí bowl and my mango smoothie. That is what I typically order from here. Both of them were delicious and very healthy! I had a nice experience today, thank you !

I feel like I had a really good experience at nekter juice bar! This was my second time going and I absolutely love the quality of the food items as well as the customer service. I had ordered through the app both times and my açaí bowls and smoothie were ready both times. Both are absolutely delicious! I also received a free small smoothie as a welcome gift, that I had used the last time I went and really appreciate! I would say that nekter, for me, is the best place to get a delicious smoothie or açaí bowl. I wish I had discovered this place sooner! I will definitely be a frequent customer. Thank you very much!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. When I initially contacted them, I was given completely incorrect information regarding ingredients, which directly impacted my health. As someone trying to make informed decisions, I trusted the information they provided and unfortunately paid the price for their negligence. What made the situation even worse was how I was treated afterward. When I reached out to address the issue, the manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and interrogated me instead of showing any concern or empathy. Not once did they apologize for the misinformation or acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially when health concerns are involved. I would strongly caution others before trusting information provided by this company.

The two girls that work the lunch shift… are absolutely amazing! Kind, competent, truly… great to see each lunch shift!
