Ordered online. When I arrived I was the only customer. I had to wait until the 2 people behind the counter to finish their conversation before I was helped. They need some customer service training. This isn't the first time this has happened. Most likely my last time going to this location.

Ordered on-line and arrived five minutes before it was supposed to be ready. They had it all done for me so I didn’t have to wait.

I always love the nutritious and tasty food. The ease of order pickup is also excellent.

The shop was very clean. I was greeted as I walked in the door to pick up my order. They were just finishing my order, which was delicious and beautiful.

Smoothie ready when I came in

I placed an online order for two acai bowls, with one having whey protein. However, there is no whey protein in the acai bowl and even if there was, there is no way to distinguish which bowl has it. I'm disappointed in this Nekter's customer service and delivery of the items I ordered for pick-up.
