Nekter Juice Bar - Peoria

I stood by the counter for a long time waiting for my order. Then all the employees went into the back. I thought my order wasn’t ready but actually it had gotten prepared early and someone had put it in the fridge. I realized I needed to ask and then someone found my drink. Just a little mix up but a little better customer service could have prevented a wasted 5 minutes.

Felt like the drink was very watered down. Usually go to nektar on dove valley, and have better experience and better taste. Was not worth the money.

Order was ready when came to pick it up but it was in a bag and I discovered after arriving home, Açaí was not put in the Açaí mango bowl. The gals have always been really good at this location but disappointing I was not told this and reason when I picked it up. I had to call.

It really wasn’t what I expected. I asked the cashier if the peanut butter would be overpowering. She answered no. But it was like the only flavor I tasted. I’d go back but I’d be for specific about what I want.

Just got some sticker shock, but these days I'm coming across that more and more. This sort of purchase is treat based only at this time. Facility was clean, the staff were friendly and food made in a timely enough manner.
