The app said my smoothie would be available at 1:00.
I arrived at 12:50. There were a few other customers in the store so I sat down near the pickup area to wait. After everyone else was served, I was asked if I was waiting for an order. It was in the fridge the eight minutes I’d been waiting. I would understand if the store was understaffed, but I counted at least five employees. It would be helpful if one of them could ask customers if they had placed an order in the app, or if there was signage indicating where to ask about app orders.

No one was there to greet anyone walking in. Waited about 3 minutes and nice guy who was walking out came back in to ask me if I had an online order and gave it to me. Never experienced this at a Nekter store befor. Odd

It was okay. The Lake Pleasant location is noisy (type of music plus loud blenders, etc. are running) so I usually only pick up food to go. It would be nice if the ambience was better for meeting friends, eating, and talking.

I got asked by 3 different workers that I was waiting for a pickup order. No one would start it and kept skipping my order. I had to wait about 35 minutes just for one bowl to be made.
