The girls and the guys are super nice! When I walk in to pick up my order, they already know who I am. They don’t even ask they just give me my order! To me that’s knowing your customer and great Customer Service!!

There was no acknowledgment from the staff upon entry. And as I waited to pick up my order, staff continued personal conversation for a few minutes before asking the name the order was under. Very poor customer service, regardless of quality of my order. Almost enough to not visit this specific establishment again.

We placed a mobile order for today because of National smoothie day and we’d received an email about buy one get one 50% off. When we placed our order it wouldn’t accept the discount/coupon/promo so we were disappointed as that’s what drew us in for today specifically. We continued with the order but it was a little tainted. Since it was a mobile order there wasn’t much customer service needed.

This location is the only one nearby that makes my smoothies and bowls how I like them consistently! Every time I go to another location I regret it, as my orders often don’t include everything I ordered.
Also Jaden is an absolute boss! She holds the business down and is always in control of the chaos when the lines are long and the place gets packed!
