What’s the point in online ordering if it’s never ready at the time you set it to be picked up. Arrived few minutes after my pick up time and they haven’t even started on making it. So I had to spend over 10 mins for the order that should’ve been ready 15 mins ago. Was picking up for my lunch and now I won’t even get to eat it due to waiting my whole break for something that should’ve been done as soon as I got here. And once I got back to work and looked at my order it was only half filled.
My wife and I tried this place for the first time this week and we fell in love with it mostly her but She has been back every other day and she has tried a lot of different drinks and smoothies too. So if you are in the area and want a good healthy drink this is the spot !
I love Nekter! When I'm on the go and haven't had the time (or self-discipline) to make my own juice and green smoothie, I can always count on the friendly, helpful crew here.
Blandest tasting smoothie I've ever had. It was like eating vitamins, but more expensive. Someone might want to taste the fruit before it's served to people.
Waited 53 minutes from walking in until getting my 2 juices. They claimed their blender was not working well, even though I ordered juices, and while the line backed up, both employees kept walking back to get on their cell phones instead of working.

Ordered our drinks. Lady comes in after us by 5-10 minutes. We get our drinks at 7:05 after the lady who ordered 5-10 minutes after us.
2 out of 3 drinks tasted watery and like cleaning solution. We had to throw them away.
Juicing machine was "down" or probably freshly cleaned and didn't want to clean it again.
To be honest iv given this place 10-20 tries. Juicing machine is down 50% of the time. Drink quality is horribly inconsistent. If I could give 0 stars I would
My son and I went to this location yesterday and purchased a nut smoothie and a watermelon smoothie. They were not fully blended. I had to chew through the hard shell like nuts in the nut smoothie. I am not sure if they were nuts or something from the cocoa. We had to head home to place them in our ninja blender. It was very discounting to receive these drinks while out and about shopping. Usually the drinks are done very well and we love and trust the Nekter brand.
