Nekter Juice Bar - Peoria

I ordered two bowls the immunity and I believe the PB bowl which I have ordered both of them before immunity bowl multiple times because it’s my favorite and they were both half full missing ingredients. I understand there’s a sign on the door and said they could be out of things because of the shipping delays but nobody said anything was missing so I was shocked when I got home and noticed two bowls that were barely half full it was a waste of my time and money.

Ordered my smoothies at 10:44 with a ready time of 11:04. It’s 11:19 and they are still not ready. Even though the app says they are…. Very disappointed in the wait time

Customer experience and quality of drinks has gone down at this location. I have not been going as often as I was because of this. There appears to be no oversight or management.

The last three visits have been falling short. I place online order, arrive at pick up time and leave 15-20 mins after the given pick up time. The last visit barely got half container of the berry bowl which has never happened. The green detox juice recipe was bit off also.

Excellent customer service, so friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The store is clean. Ilove the fresh, healthy bowls, smoothies and juices. I will be a regular!

The girl working this day is super sweet and has been around for sometime. There appear to be many new workers and they are just that. They are not very perky and there appears to be little direction.
