My order wasn’t ready when I got there but the girls got on it ASAP. The only issues was the additive powders were all just at the bottom so not the best juice ever

When I arrived on time for my pickup order, there were about 4 other guests waiting in to lobby. The girl working on my drink said it would be a few minutes. I told her that was fine and waiting. A line of 3-4 customers came in and she took their orders while I waiting for my juice to be finished. After that, another employee came out of the back with blenders and her AirPod in one ear. No smile, no friendliness whatsoever. She started working on 3 bowls which were ordered by a woman in person who arrived after me. At this point our drinks were not being made in order, as her bowl order was prioritized before my online order.
It would have been nice to see the employees smile and engage with customers. It would also have been nice to see them make a drink, ring out a customer, and continue that cadence so that we would not all be sitting in the lobby with no drinks being worked on.

I ordered a 32 oz celery juice through your app. I picked it up and headed to an appt I had scheduled. They usually strain the juice. I noticed after I left that my celery juice was not strained and 1/3 of it was pulp. The pulp was so dense I couldn’t drink it.

The last three visits have been falling short. I place online order, arrive at pick up time and leave 15-20 mins after the given pick up time. The last visit barely got half container of the berry bowl which has never happened. The green detox juice recipe was bit off also.
