This was my second visit to Nektar. My daughter recently moved to the area. Loved It the first time and looked forward to coming back. We placed an online order and picked It up. When we got home we noticed the peanut butter my daughter added onto her bowl was actually on mine instead.

The bowls are almost $20 and one employee was quite rude to the other employee (right in front of me!) when the girl was giving me blue vanilla syrup because it was an online order and was vague. She got rude with her in front of me, made her stop and not put the syrup on, and was going to make me run back out to my car to get money to pay for $1.50. I understand needing to charge, but have some grace and professionalism and be nice! It was very uncomfortable. For less of a headache + money, you can go down the road for cheaper. The blonde shorter girl was very very kind! The other girl was not

We're really sorry to hear about your experience. We have been providing Nekter to the community for well over 6 years, at the same time trying to maintain the costs at the most reasonable marker. Our bowls range from $11.00 and change to $13.00 and change, not $20.00?? Of course just like any food costs, if a customer would like additional ad on’s this will increase the cost of a bowl. We offer many options for ad on’s like protein, chia, hemp hearts, peanut butter, almond butter, homemade chia layer, the list can go on. I apologize that the app was not user friendly to add your blue drizzle to your bowl at the time of your order. With this being said, your experience with my employees and store location is the upmost important

updated review - the last few times I've been here the acai bowl is very light in color now and tasteless like they have cut down on how much acai is in the mix. Disappointing
The açai bowls and smoothies that we order are always good. However, the peanut butter seemed like it is watered down. All we had today was not quite as good.
