Food very good but service needs work. Two employees working and no one acknowledged me. Was picking up order and had to go ask for help after standing at pick up area for quite a while.

Love your product. However, my order was incorrect. I had asked for chia pudding with my acai bowl and there wasn't any. And the PB bowl did not have Peanut Butter. Maybe my fault for not checking my pick up order???

I love the Nekter app. It was a great way for me to make my order ahead of time and pay in the app. When I got to the store, all I had to do was give my name and I received my smoothie in under 30 seconds.

Anytime I am in the lake Norman area I try to stop by Nekter for a smoothie or a bowl. Super fresh ingredients and good service are always what I experience. I would highly recommend this smoothie establishment.
