I created my order through the website and was given a 1250pm pickup. The order had not been started when I arrived at 1250. I was late for a meeting waiting on this order.

Great online ordering process & quick prep. Plus, the young ladies working there are always incredibly kind/pleasant and they even make eye contact when speaking to you (this shouldn't be unique, but alas, here we are...)

Person working today did not acknowledge me when I walked in and waited to pick up my online order. After she made multiple orders for people walking in I asked her about my order and she said it would be right up. Took about 35 minutes to get the order.
Had she acknowledged that I was standing there that would have helped.
