Usually love nektar, but I’ve been twice ordered Rasberry riot and strawberry banana protein smoothie. Both came without the cashew drizzle and the strawberry jam which is the whole point of the smoothies

We wish that we could have fixed your order for you, Ashlyn and are so sorry for the inconvenience here. It was brought to my attention that your smoothie has a request for no Agave. The jam is made with agave, so the girls have forfeited the jam because of the order request by the customer for no agave, I wish there were additional options online Please feel free to call the store when making your order so we can get this exact to your liking. My mango delight wasn't made very well. It was definitely rushed. I asked for ginger shots and got turmeric shots. She was able to remake them to what I paid for. It was ok. The made it better. Just need to pay attention.

The last couple times I’ve recently been to Nékter (with the old menu and the new menu), the flavors/tastes weren’t the same. This may be due to ripeness of the fruit or newness of the team members. But most likely, I’ll be back in a few weeks once the kinks in the new menu are ironed out
