The staff person this morning at 8:30 am Corona Village Nekter was fantastic to work with. I had a large order for 25 people and she was timely, professional, helpful and very informative. Enjoyed the overall experience and the oncology staff and nursing team loved the bowls and smoothies for breakfast.
I’ve gone here a couple times, the first time wasn’t bad, and I got my order in a decent amount of time. Flash forward to today, they only staffed one employee, he took my order and yet 30 minutes later I still haven’t received it. I had to get a refund because I had no extra time to spare before work. Do not come here if don’t like waiting foreverfor a simple order. It’s definitely a management issue though, not the kids working there. Will never go back though. Ps the Levi girl under me totally understood it was one worker and that he was already overwhelmed, and still continued to order 6 things, and was the main reason why I didn’t receive my order.
Houston was the only employee in here, on a Sunday, with multiple sports groups and families coming in. Not only did he display kindness to us, he displayed kindness and quality customer service to EVERY GROUP that came in while he busted out our large order, balanced taking other orders, and being so nice the entire time. This man deserves a raise, a huge tip, and maybe some more employees to take the heat off. I love Nekter, I WILL come back, if only for HOUSTON BECAUSE HE IS A ROCKSTAR. 😭✨️
