It was easy to order on the app and to come in and pick up my order. But when I ordered another item, I was not given the receipt to be able to add the order to my app. Also, the person who helped me maybe needs training on customer service, how to close with the customer to make their experience with Nekter a memorable one.

Usually I have a good experience. This time the girl hadn’t even started my order and told me she didn’t get one finally checked the matching after me telling her it’s definitely been ordered. I don’t know if you changed your quality or she doesn’t know her job. This was this was the first time I had so much granola and barely any chia the ratio was not right and the cup was not even close to full. This was not the best experience.

This location is right next to a certain commercial coffee chain - and I must say choosing to walk into this little establishment instead of its neighbor was the best decision I made all day. The employees are wonderful, the juice is delicious, and the price is fair.
