I waited over 30 minuts for my order. It was not the workers fault - the line was very long and there was only one person working! She was working her tail off - this is no critiscm of her. This was during peak lunch hour. Several people walked out without even ordering when they saw what the situation was.
Perhaps you need to have more people working during peak hours.
