I always place orders online and in store. However, this morning I placed an order ahead of time. When I came in 20 mins after my scheduled time my order was not complete. The lady said she was new and not trained properly. Only one person was working too and she had a bunch of orders to fill. I was late to work and did not receive a fresh ginger shot like I ordered I was given one out of the bottle. My smoothie had chunks of banana and my drink did not taste the way it normally does.
