The employee quickly greeted me and asked if I was here for pick up. I replied "yes". She then gave me a smoothie and asked for my name. I said it's for Fanny. She went back and looked for my order. I said its a chocolate bowl. She found it and gave it to me. My concern is she did not make it personal, no eye contact or smile. It left me feeling awkward and not satisfied with my experience.

Great service, smoothies were ready before time stated.

I pre-ordered my smoothie, I was in and out. The smoothie tasted great.

I love it ordering online makes it easy and quick to get a delicious protein smoothie after the gym. Everyone working their is also very kind.

I will no longer order smoothies from here. Fresh juices are fine. But smoothies literally taste different every single time that I order there is no consistency. And they don’t taste good.

Ordered pb & j smoothie. They were out of strawberry jam. Instead of adding strawberry or asking if I’d want a different one, they just made it without. That’s half the point of that smoothie. Waste of my points I used for smoothie.

Seen a commercial and it said something about cashew milk. I had never heard of cashew milk and I love fruit smoothies, so I thought I’d give it a try one day. Today, I had some spare time after my gym visit and I must say, it’s pretty good :)

I always enjoy the smoothies and bowls I get from my local Nektar. Sometimes I feel the cashiers are tired or something like that because sometimes it seems like they are not haply that another customer is there. I totally understand because I have worked in food service, but sometimes I feel as if I'm a bother. But they are always speedy and get the job done really well. I write this because I hope to encourage those working here thay they are doing an amazing job.

Smoothie was a bit watered down not as tasteful as I have grown accustomed to.

I came two days in a row to get the exact same smoothie I ordered the elderberry smoothie.

I always go here for smoothies, juices and bowls. They are great and friendly and clean!

The peanut butter protein smoothie was either poorly blended or just not good. It was very grainy and not very cold. The green juice did not have a lot of ice but it tasted delicious!

I ordered through the app and my smoothie was to be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, there were no employees behind the counter and a saw a ticket in the machine. The clerk came out the back a d I told her I had ordered in the app. She looked for my smoothie and it wasn't ready. She looked at the ticket in the machine and claimed it just came through, but it was already there when I arrived

Customer service is great. Although the flavor of the drinks has not been consistent. Sometimes the flavor has been a little bland as in some of the fruit has not been as sweet as usual. I switched from the Elderberry smoothie to the Mango delight. I add vanilla whey protein powder and banana to make it more creamy. The last two visits it seemed like something was missing (maybe not enough protein powder was added). I usually order through the app and my drink is made by the time I arrive. I’ll order in store next time to watch the associate make it to make sure nothing is missing.

I enjoyed my experience. The environment is very friendly and clean. The product/smoothie was delicious as expected and I will be visiting again. I’m a satisfied customer
