When arrived the employee was not self aware of any new customers, wouldn't acknowledge customer until done with the smoothies including for online pick ups. Not the first time at this location the employees are either bland or can't wait to leave. First reaction is going to be how the hell would he know of how to run or expect of people after hiring, use to do it for a decade all levels including DM. :)
