I usually order a 32 oz, but in order to use the promotional discounts, I have to order two 16 oz. The app needs to account for the promotional item in other ways. (ie, ordering a 32 oz, and just taking off the amount given for the 16 oz). Ordering the two drinks instead of 1 is a waste of resources.

I ordered through the app and my smoothie was to be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, there were no employees behind the counter and a saw a ticket in the machine. The clerk came out the back a d I told her I had ordered in the app. She looked for my smoothie and it wasn't ready. She looked at the ticket in the machine and claimed it just came through, but it was already there when I arrived

Poor workers got dealt a bad hand today with all the blenders breaking. They handled it the best they could and were really helpful with issuing a refund/canceling my order. So that’s the reason for the low speed rating.
