Although my order was via app, I was handed a bag and I asked if there was a straw. However I got around the corner, this isn't an easy location to get to, and I was missing my ginger shot. I should have double checked, but when you're not feeling well, you forget. I did go back for it, as there has been other times I have not.

I was greeted when I walked in. Their mobile machine wasn't working well but they moved quickly to get my order ready. The staff is very nice and the store very clean. Definitely would come back

Customer service can definitely improve. Employees make great product, but can work on their personal customer skills and maybe make us feel more invited.

Perhaps may need to hire much friendlier employee. That little young light skin dark hair girl look like she don't enjoy her work or idk is it me? I don't think I know her. Buy this I'd Thurs time ordering my usual and run into her and jst gives same look. 🤷♀️ makes me wanna go over less.
