Overall customer service is OK. I always pre-order in advance so I can pick up in that beats the wait time. The only thing that I would suggest would be to make sure the employees have clean uniforms. I get that there might be stains from making the orders but any other stain should not be accepted.

The associate was polite but poor thing was all by herself which then set all her orders back. I ordered before 11am and my app said my order was ready at 11:14. I didn’t arrive for pick up until 11:21 and then was told it would be another ten minutes before it was done. While it didn’t take that long, I’m not sure why the app would say it was ready when it wasn’t and why there wouldn’t be more than one person scheduled on a Saturday morning.

I love Nektar but I placed on online order and I arrived as soon as it said it would be ready but when I got to the counter they said it was still going to be 10 minutes. I’m sick and I didn’t want to have to wait in the store but ended up having to anyway.

Great. This is my favorite location cuz they don’t skimp on the toppings like the other store close to me does. I drive a couple minutes further for this reason.
