I ordered 2 bowls via the app for pick up and included a tip. The bowls had not yet been started when we arrived at the time provided. The bowls were good but we had to wait quite awhile. I will not be tipping in advance any longer.

My Nekter bowl was very thin and looked and tasted like it was missing the peanut butter. I ordered the pb bowl with extra peanut butter and did not see or taste it.

50 percent of the time they forget something I ordered.
It would be nice if they labeled the bowls etc. for example I get 2 of the same bowls but the boost are different . No label so u have to just guess and hope the worker remembered to add it in .

I came in this week for the 2nd time and was beyond disappointed this time. They gave me one small sour strawberry. This bowl looks nothing like the pictures. Not to mention, the girl helping looked like she just woke up and had her shorts smaller that her underwear. Very unprofessional. Not happy with my visit.

Great experience - this location is always great about putting enough toppings on the bowl which I appreciate and choose to visit this location cuz some other stores put very little toppings on.

The employee quickly greeted me and asked if I was here for pick up. I replied "yes". She then gave me a smoothie and asked for my name. I said it's for Fanny. She went back and looked for my order. I said its a chocolate bowl. She found it and gave it to me. My concern is she did not make it personal, no eye contact or smile. It left me feeling awkward and not satisfied with my experience.

I ordered 2 dragon fruit bowls today and 1 was only HALF full and the other was 3 quarters full. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! This is the second time now that this location has given me half full bowls!! I will definitely not be returning to this location!!!

Not fresh ingredients use fruit wise. Fruit was old soft and mushy in bowl . Juice didn’t taste fresh either

did not go to the store. Uber delivered. Asked for no coconut in acai bown and had TONS added into it. The driver smelled of weed and so did our order.
