I ordered ahead through yelp and the store was empty, and yet it took about 15 minutes before someone came out from the back. Even then I didn’t get acknowledged or asked if I still needed to order or was just waiting, newer customers who had just walked in were helped before I was. The drink quality was fine, but the lack of urgency is what needs improvement.

The Nekter Chino Hills location needs more than one employee working on Saturday mornings. It is unreasonable to expect 1 employee to manage online orders and in store orders for 20+ customers. My husband and I enjoy Nekter and giving our business here, but please support your employees better. They need help, in order to adequately meet the needs of their customers. A mobile order shouldn’t take an additional 35 minutes after the expected time it will be ready.

It’s good overall. I mostly do pick up orders & it’s always ready when I get there. The location is convenient for me & parking has never been a problem. The place is clean & staff is friendly.

The biggest criticism I have is the taste of the smoothies. While it is good enough to be decent, it would nice if the taste was elevated and taste great enough for many customers, including myself, to be enjoyed.
