I’ve been ordering the same drink for months and the past two times I ordered my smoothie it doesn’t look the same not taste the same

The service was great however the Health Nut Smoothie was watered down and seemed ti be missing whatever ingredient makes it thick and flavorful. The only time I’ve experienced this was at this location (have only visited once). Thank you.

I didn’t get the right drink I ordered but I was already in there waiting for a while and I had to get back to work so I didn’t say anything. I didn’t have time to wait another 20 min

I came here last week for you peanut/chocolate smoothie, asked your server to please add an extra date to my smoothie, instead of so much protein power, she said ok. When I got my smoothie, it was full of so many dates - unblended huge chucks of date - I complained to her, she just shrugged it off, said well you said you wanted extra dates, so I put a bunch in -- that's just how it's supposed to be? Really? No, she should have offered to make me a new one. Anyway, I'm not sure I want to come back again to this location. Perhaps you can try and make it right.

Stopped by to try the new waffles and was not disappointed! They were made fresh to order and absolutely delicious. Sadly the waffles aren’t vegan because they have whey protein (milk) but I was pleased they are egg-free because I have an egg intolerance. Would be nice if Nekter could make a vegan option in the future. This location has a couple tables outside that are reserved for Nekter customers, which is nice.

Order was ready when I picked up! Consistantly always great quality ingredients and the presentation is always fabulous! I recommend Nectar over all other local smoothie places.

We ordered through the app . It was good

Ordered online and it was ready early. Didn’t have to wait at all. Staff was friendly and greeted me promptly.

I received an email with a B1G1 promo, there was no way to redeem this promo and the employee was no help. After taking my whole order, she suggested I order through the app to have the item taken off. So I went through all that trouble only to find that it still didn't take that item off. Not sure why she couldn't just take it off on her end, I showed her the email. I've been having constant trouble with the new app too. The staff never have a clue how to help me. I order from you guys multiple times a week and love your products but I'm getting really annoyed with the ordering process. Also, on the app, if I select gluten free granola, it won't let me select getting it on the side. So I keep having to call the store to request this.

I usually love Nekter and order frequently. Today I placed an online order for pick up and my husband picked it up. The Hollie I ordered was not there and the parfait I ordered was liquidly, like it had water in it.

Smoothies are great and employees are always so friendly

Took our order quickly and got our drinks to us immediately.
