Customer service was good but it could improve. There was a mistake in one of my orders. I requested no blueberries since my son is allergic to those but it had blueberries. The order was ready on time and product was fresh and good.

I’m a big Nekter fan and usually visit the Zocotillo and Dove Valley locations. Today was my first time at this store, and I just wanted to share how great the experience was- the person working was so pleasant and welcoming. Honestly, at other locations the staff can sometimes feel a little disengaged (though I keep coming back because I love the product), but today was different. She was genuinely lovely- thank you!
