The drink and smoothie were really well made. The staff was super nice, helpful, and had my drink ready when I showed up.

Ordering at this store with the mobile app is an issue. Frankly ordering at the counter is too. It is frequently short-staffed, and the wait today was 25 minutes. There’s no method for mobile pick up. Sometimes your order is in the fridge but the team is too busy running around working other orders to get it for you.

Sophie was very nice. Frank Lloyd Wright location. Accommodating in my mistake at ordering at the wrong location. However the Shea location made a poor drink. Way too much ginger. It was inedible.
