Nekter Juice Bar - Scottsdale

Horrible Customer Service! It's ashamed that first impressions are everything, but I do believe in redemption. However, after failing to redeem their poor quality of customer service, I will never go to this or any other Nektar location again. I placed a pick up order for a smoothie and juice; upon paying in advance via the app I was notified that they would be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, (yes 40) my juices were given to me. Upon initial arrival I asked when they'd be ready, and was advised that "they were working on them." I was pretty heated with the lack of acknowledgement or apology for having to wait 20 additional minutes of my life for 2 mediocre tasting and over priced smoothies. (Advise to the owner, as I'm sure this is a franchise owned location) If you do not have adequate staffing or the intention on meeting designated pick up times for pick up orders , do not offer this service option. Also, please train your staff to make eye contact and acknowledge a customer when they walk in and not ignore them for 5 minutes while they stand in plain sight

Great place to get freshly made bowls and smoothies. The ingredients are great tasting and fresh. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The store is immaculate and creates a friendly environment.

This location is not good. Not good -->>> 14676 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd #131, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 When you're paying $11 for juice or $10 for Acai Bowl, you would think you would get a full glass or Bowl. Literally about 1/2 full. 14676 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd #131, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 About 1/2 the quantity of other locations on Acai bowl. Go to other locations. Best one is Scottsdale Road north of Greenway.

This juice bar is fabulous!! I'm so glad we found it. The staff is so friendly and the store is immaculately clean! My kids love the Acai bowls (makes me feel good because they're so healthy.) But my favorite are the Skoops, their vegan ice cream. The chocolate is to die for. And I think their prices are really reasonable compared to other places like this! Give them a try!!

Nekter has healthy, NO-BS, vegan smoothies that are made with real fruit, nuts, vegetables, and spices, so they don't need sugar or sherbet to make them taste great. The people at this location are also very nice. My only complaint? They're a bit pricey, so I can't drink them every day.

I love having this store so close and ordering via the app is awesome! You always have the order ready before the app says it will be. However, please take some more time to read any additions/deletions from the order. Twice I have asked to have something added and it was not added. I found that out when I got home. I will have to make sure to look more carefully before I leave the store.

This place is awesome! Not only was the staff extremely friendly when I came in, they also went as far as exchanging a bowl that I didn’t like that much for a different bowl that I like loved. The manager Anna was so friendly and really made my experience an excellent one. I will definitely be in again soon!

Great place, yummy, offers samples. I got the tart cherry scoop. Very tasty! Tried the chocolate scoop, I hadn't expected much, most sorbet type dozen deserts that are chocolate aren't very good, weak chocolate, not very creamy. But the chocolate scoop is VERY chocolate! Super chocolatey! Dark chocolate, amazing! Maybe next time I'll get both...
