Nekter Juice Bar - Scottsdale

Today was the first semi negative mobil order experience I had. I asked for extra PB and berries on top. Instead i received PB drizzle—second time this week. Not charged for extra berries on top and blueberries inside due to shortage. Paid cash for my order to be remade because of the drizzle versus real PB on top. Since the extra PB on top and drizzle are 2 different options I really don’t want drizzle substituted for the real PB . Last 2 orders this happened. No place to add a note to maker about this

My husband went to pick up our ACai bowl today and was given the incorrect order. I didn’t realize it until my young daughter started eating the bowl therefore I did not contact the store. She seemed to like it, I believe it may have been the protein bowI. I purchase 3 ******** a week, and will continue to do so. Just wanted to letyou know!

Ordered online and they could t find the order. Sat there and waited. They said they would make a new one then employee realized it was made in the fridge. Online order said order would be ready at 3:30. Only ready at 3:50. Do better

She started by telling me that the coupon I received from nektar May not be valid at their location. This is the second time I’ve been greeted at this store with this disclaimer. While my coupons do work here, it would be nice if employees felt empowered enough to help customers through any such snafus. The first greeting shouldn’t start on a negative note. I used to go to Nektar more often. Since the price hike, I really have to think about spending money here. Now I go only when I have coupon or offer.

When I order a large juice and pay the price you charge - I would like the juice to fill the cup. I like what you offer - I have never been impressed with the customer service at the Scottsdale FLR location - not very friendly

Great! I ordered through the app about 30 mins prior to pick up. My order was ready when I arrived and the cashier was pleasant and prompt!

My smoothies were very thin. I ordered ahead and they were separated when I picked them up. Like they were made right when I ordered them rather than 30 minutes later like I requested. The store wasn't busy either

Of all the Nektar locations I have been to this one has made my bowl the best tasting.

I love the horizon Nekter location . Service is always great and the store is uber clean
