i called to ask for a refund because i couldn’t pick up my order. was denied. so i payed $25 for absolutely nothing. terrible customer service. i know it’s my fault for picking the wrong location but there was no effort to help me. VERY disappointed

As explained over the phone, when you order CUSTOMIZED items, they are not refundable. U tried to claim they weren't customized until I read you the order back. We could not resell those items. I am so sorry you couldn't make it to pick them up or ordered to the wrong store. I could see in your order history that you have ordered to this store multiple times.
If you had called right away, before they were made we could've cancelled it but you didn't call until 2 minutes before you requested them to be ready. I am so sorry customized items are NON refundable. That is fairly standard in the restaurant industry.
The only issue I had was that my smoothie did not taste sweet like I previously had. It was very tart and not sweet at all. I don’t know if some of the fruit was maybe not ripe yet?

I think this juice may have been made wrong or maybe I was given the wrong juice as it doesn’t taste like it typically does. Service was quick just not the best juice.
