I’ve had really good experiences in the past but the bowl I received was the consistency of juice and I ordered the PB bowl and the bowl didn’t have any peanut butter in it.

Amazing juice - so much healthier than other options like Jamba. Love the green apple detox as an alt to the Greenie!

Great service but very disappointed that my daughter with a nut allergy could not replace cashew milk with an oat milk or coconut milk to try the cold brew coffee which is why we went there. Coconut water or apple juice would not have been a good alternator like they are for bowls.

I think feedback is critical, both positive and negative. I had an experience this morning in your Frank Lloyd Wright/Scottsdale, AZ (#131) location, that will result in me never returning there again. I go to this location 3-4 times a week and this morning I went in to get a juice. There was a customer finishing up her purchase at the register; apparently she was getting several weeks worth of cleanse juices. They spoke for a moment more, which was fine of course, and then the person who made the purchase stepped away from the counter, and the person working for Nekter proceeded to speak with her for another moment, and then told her she was going to get some bags of cleanse from the back. I was fine with her servicing that customer and taking it to completion, of course. The problem, however, was that she did not once acknowledge me. She did not look at me, acknowledge me, say a word to me. All she needed to say was, "hi. I just need to run to the back, one of us will be with you in a moment". But none of that happened. To boot, when she came back with a bag, she continued to talk with the other customer, and still never looked at or acknowledged me. (to be cont'd)

Ordered a smoothie online, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived at Nektar early and our smoothies were ready. The smoothies were separated, not cold, almost completely juice. When we got home we called to get a refund, because they were undrinkable. The employee, Samantha, said that the separation of the smoothie is “natural” and completely refused to refund our order. She simply told us to put our watery smoothies “back in the fridge”. I have been coming here for years and will never be back.

Perfect after the yoga class next door. Great juice and smoothies. No yogurt fillers. All healthy.

Horrible Customer Service! It's ashamed that first impressions are everything, but I do believe in redemption. However, after failing to redeem their poor quality of customer service, I will never go to this or any other Nektar location again. I placed a pick up order for a smoothie and juice; upon paying in advance via the app I was notified that they would be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, (yes 40) my juices were given to me. Upon initial arrival I asked when they'd be ready, and was advised that "they were working on them." I was pretty heated with the lack of acknowledgement or apology for having to wait 20 additional minutes of my life for 2 mediocre tasting and over priced smoothies. (Advise to the owner, as I'm sure this is a franchise owned location) If you do not have adequate staffing or the intention on meeting designated pick up times for pick up orders , do not offer this service option. Also, please train your staff to make eye contact and acknowledge a customer when they walk in and not ignore them for 5 minutes while they stand in plain sight

This location is not good. Not good -->>> 14676 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd #131, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 When you're paying $11 for juice or $10 for Acai Bowl, you would think you would get a full glass or Bowl. Literally about 1/2 full. 14676 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd #131, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 About 1/2 the quantity of other locations on Acai bowl. Go to other locations. Best one is Scottsdale Road north of Greenway.

This juice bar is fabulous!! I'm so glad we found it. The staff is so friendly and the store is immaculately clean! My kids love the Acai bowls (makes me feel good because they're so healthy.) But my favorite are the Skoops, their vegan ice cream. The chocolate is to die for. And I think their prices are really reasonable compared to other places like this! Give them a try!!
