I usually have no problem, but today I ordered the juice for a certain time b/c I had a meeting and it was not ready. I had to leave without my juice. I asked for a raincheck, and the girl said ok, but seemed annoyed that I could not wait. that is why I put it in for a specific time.

When I order a large juice and pay the price you charge - I would like the juice to fill the cup.

Rude staff, and they didn’t even fill my juice to the top, and when asked they explained that is how it’s done here. Rude. Disappointing

Hi Michael I thank you for the feedback and will forward to the appropriate staff member. I believe you received a 32 ounce juice and it was served as a 32 ounce juice. The cup is actually 36 ounces to allow for a little ice. Most staff knows just to add an extra once so the cup does not look low. I am sorry this staff member did not do that.
while you were missing one of the 6 juices i required for a two day cleanse, the sales people were kind enough to offer substitutes for those. kind, friendly and very helpful. I'll be back to this location! thanks

It was great. Got all I needed to start my detox cleanse. The only thing, it was all in a box, instead of in your blue carry bags. So was quiet heavy to carry out a box of 5 days worth of juice cleanse.
