The store was empty when I got there but my smoothie wasn’t made yet. They got to it quickly after that.

We always love your food, but unfortunately the higher prices are getting ridiculous. Even just better rewards would help a lot (like less specific rewards - instead of a $3 smoothie, maybe just half off any item?). We think a shift in the rewards program could make us keep going despite the higher costs.

Did you change the recipe? My last 2 smoothies have been different and more green in color. They don’t taste like they usually do. Less sweet and more spinach perhaps?

Well I had a pickup order, when I showed up it wasn’t ready, and someone else who ordered something at the counter as I was waiting had their smoothie made (i watched) and finished before mine was ready. I just got a juice with a couple add-ons. I paid for extra ginger and lemon and clearly there was not extra of either in my juice. That was disappointing, especially since I usually tip when ordering mobile and basically I paid 3 extra dollars (including $1) tip for my small juice with 2 add-ons for this type of experience, and without my add-ons being added.

Staff is friendly and patient, and the juices and smoothies taste excellent with all natural ingredients and the ability to customize. The space is also clean and inviting.
