Two identical base smoothies were ordered with different add ins, they were not labeled so we could tell the difference. I asked and someone tried to tell them apart, the woman working said we should be able to tell based on the taste. The guy (tall guy) tried and labeled the one based on what the woman guessed. It would have made sense to label them for us when they were made.

The quality of the bowls and smoothies are consistent. I've never had an employee be rude to me nor have I seen any employees leaning on broomsticks instead of helping customers. You've got a good crew!

Overall a good experience with friendly employees and tasty smoothie. There was some confusion by a couple employees when I arrived to pick up my order via the app. They checked the recent receipts but didn't see mine. They questioned how I ordered and if I was sure the order went through. Finally, one of the employees recognized my drink order and directed an employee to retrieve it from the cooler as it was in there waiting.

I love the smoothie bowl! All of the juices I have tried are delicious.

Hi, I love Nekter so much and will continue to be a customer always. However, the gal that took my order rushed me into making my choice. (I know it can get busy and they are hard workers so I get it but I would have loved to have a moment think). Once I ordered and had my smoothie I went back to purchase additional items. It would have been nice to get it all done in once swoop but again she was very aggressive in trying to get my initial order order (tapping her thumbs on the monitor and giving me the "come on lady" look). What ideally would have happened would be the usual "welcome in" give us a moment to place an order while we wrap up our current orders. Then a simple ask of are you ready to order? and I would have said no and taken more time to get everything together. ... I know it sounds silly but by feeling rushed I almost didn't get all the items I wanted to purchase and that is missed income opportunity. I just want to keep you around! Thank you!

My order was incorrect, even though I provided specific instructions. The employee working there chose not to follow them. When I picked up my order, they asked if it was okay that they added an ingredient I specifically said no to. I have a health condition that limits what I can and cannot eat. If I order a smoothie a certain way, I expect it to be prepared that way. When it says “no agave,” don’t add “a little agave” because you think it will taste better. The employee said, “Is it okay that I added a little agave?” No, the instructions said none. Some people can’t have agave or other ingredients. Make it how the customer asks. Follow instructions. Don’t make it however you want, then ask if it’s okay after the fact. I couldn’t drink the smoothie, so it went to waste.

It was great! We routinely come in to your shop for smoothly bowls & post workout smoothies!

The biggest thing I notice is lack of consistency. Some days smoothie is chunky or more runny or thick or slightly different flavor. I am never sure what I’m going to get. Yesterday’s was blended all the way and a good thick creamy texture, but the flavor was off. It was missing the sweetness (not enough dates). It that same thing at the other Vancouver location. That would be my only and biggest complaint is consistency.

I'm so grateful that I lie close to Nektar because I have a hard time finding smoothie places that do not have horrible ingredients. I hope a Nektar open in Gresham so that when I visit my boyfriend, I can get Nektar there too,

Nekter tends to frustrate me deeply because of how expensive their smoothies and bowls are (even compared to other places), but I can't help going there because what they do offer tastes good and fresh. However, this particular location is extra frustrating because of how slow they are. Sometimes they do warn you about the wait, but the wait times can be ridiculous and seemingly unwarranted with the busyness inside. Not sure if they are understaffed or just inefficient in this Hazel Dell location.

I sent in my smoothie request on the app an hour earlier and it wasnt ready when I got there. The staff was really nice to work on it right away but still a bit of a bummer.

Love everyone at the Hazeldell location!! You guys make the most delicious smoothie combos ever!!!
