This was the first time I made an order for pickup. I walked in and mentioned to the staff that I wasn't sure if my order would be ready yet since the app said it still would take another 5 minutes. One employee said 'For Allison?' I responded, 'Yes, that's me!' She retrieved the smoothies from the fridge and set them on the counter. I said 'Thanks so much, appreciate it!' No greeting, no other conversation, no goodbye. Maybe I caught the staff members on a bad day? The interaction felt oddly and cold. The smoothies were great though.

Nekter is an amazing spot! I love getting my smoothies there and they always come out perfect and delicious. My favorites are the mango delight smoothie and the raspberry smoothie bowl.

My daughter's PB chocolate protein smoothie wasn't mixed properly and tasted strange. I called and asked the staff to make a new one. I drove all the way back and exchanged it. They're placed the smoothie and apologized, but did not offer a discount or refund. The replacement smoothie was blended better, but still didn't taste right. My daughter got sick shortly after, so I we wonder if the peanut butter was rancid or if some whey protein got in there (we ordered pea protein). She orders this kind all the time and has never had a problem before.

I love you guys for a quick breakfast smoothie before work or after a workout! The only thing is i really really wish there was an option on the so to add an extra scoop of pea protein. As it is i have to add one scoop of pea and one of whey, which is not ideal as i do not usually do dairy. Otherwise everyone there is fantastic and the smoothies are delicious!

I love using the app to order. It an easy and smooth process and I am able to come in and pick up smoothies quickly.

Website and app are super glitchy. Hard to login, set location, and doesn't store payment info properly.

I like the smoothie and in store experience; website and all are glitchy.
Website captcha didn't work, then it worked but then the login screen kept refreshing.
Once I logged in and started my order, the location changed; I could not turn off the GPS location guess and choose the location manually.
App did not store my credit card properly so I will never use it and uninstalled.
My browser stores my card info. I'm not interested in typing card info every time.
