I ordered ahead of time before going and my items were ready when I arrived. I was greeted at the door, simply gave them my name after they asked if I “making an order or picking up?”. My smoothie and parfait cup were kept cool, and it tasted delicious as always!

Great service and delicious smoothie, as per usual. I wasn't feeling very well and after my smoothie I felt much better!

The online order process is so easy. The smoothies are amazing and the customer service we receive every time is fantastic!

Smoothies here are super fresh and flavorful—definitely some of the best I’ve had locally. The staff was friendly, and the place is clean and chill. I was told I’d get a free smoothie (maybe part of a promo?), but it never happened, which was a little disappointing. Still, the quality is great and I’d go back.

Easy online ordering, it was ready when we got here, the menu is so extensive (and creatively delicious) and we really enjoyed our smoothie & açaí bowl.

One of the best smoothie/açaí (and adjacent) menus we have ever seen. Lots of options for vegan and non-vegan and tons of healthy and beneficial add-ons. Looking forward to trying the protein waffles and chia parfaits - they looked delish. Also friendly staff and an easy online ordering process.

I tend to always have a positive experience. There are employees who go above and beyond and there's some that dont. I had a baby asleep in the car and called nektar and asked if they could hand my drink to me at the door so I wouldn't have to wake baby up going inside. She came and met me at the door to hand me my smoothie. Thats beautiful customer service!!!! I also had trouble scanning a receipt and getting my points added, so an employee handed me a card for a free small smoothie. I mean come on people, who dont like free stuff !!!! The only complaints I have is that sometimes it takes over 10 mins to get a smoothie when its very busy. I dont mind and expect the wait which is why I try to pre order in the app now. I almost forgot!!! I gave birth at home and by the time everything was said and done I was starving but didn't want to chew food, I called nektar about 5 mins before closing and asked if I could send someone to grab me one? They said yes!!!!! I sent a family member and they picked it up which had a hand written note saying congratulations. I appreciated this because not only did they say yes 5 mins before closing but they didnt even hesitate!!!

Good customer service & a good smoothie!

I ordered the Sunshine whipped smoothie and it was delicious! As was the service :) I think you need more help in the morning. I went twice last week and she was pretty busy both days.

Loved it, the girl was really nice, I’ve been to two Nekter’s in Vancouver, actually I’ve been to Nekter dozens of times and this is the best service I’ve had. The smoothie was good also but the product is always good.

I absolutely love this place! I probably come here 3 to 4 times a week—it’s hands down one of the best juice bars in all of Vancouver. Everything is fresh, tasty, and makes you feel good about what you’re putting in your body. Whether it’s a smoothie, juice, or one of their bowls, it always hits the spot. Definitely a go-to for anyone who’s into healthy, feel-good food!
