Order was ready before the stated time. Very good service

The food was delicious, loved their acaí bowls. The service was very fast, we ordered ahead of time for a pick up and everything was ready when we arrived. Also loved the atmosphere!

We did an online order. I was very impressed that everything was ready when we arrived. The employees were great and the atmosphere is amazing. I would love to eat there again.

Online order, was ready when I arrived. Ginger shot was “cold and separated” as if made ahead and stored (not fresh?)

Online ordering was easy. I arrived a little early and the order was just about ready. Everything was simple and the drinks tasted great. I would absolutely order from here again.

The NE Hazel Dell location is always understaffed. Today you had 4 ladies working who were absolutely slammed with to-go orders and in person orders. I ordered ahead, and wound up waiting 25 minutes for my order. The order should have been ready at 11:01am. In total the whole order was close to an hour wait for 1 item that takes about 2 minutes to prep and make. Very disappointing. It’s really under fortunate for your staff and your loyal customers.
