I wish substitutions were available. I really enjoy the peanut butter bowl, but I would much rather have blueberries instead of apple on top & it's frustrating that adding the berries cost $1, especially since it costs nothing extra to have blueberries added inside... just sayin'!

ordered online to pick up but it wasn't ready and had to wait. First time I went in it took longer than it should have to put six bottles into a bag. Like the product, but the service is too slow.

Love Janeesa. Wish you could clone her at both locations. She's attentive, personable, and so friendly. She always recognizes me and asks me how I'm doing. Love her!

The products at any location are always made to a consistent standard and the taste is very good. The value of the products is slightly disproportionate. The ingredients are obviously quality and the nutritional value of the items is high, but the price is also high for the products. The biggest disparity between Nekter and other competing businesses is the customer service. I have never felt “welcomed” at any location I have visited. The employees always seem overworked to the point that they cannot interact with the customers for more than the order hand-off.

I felt like I was a bother every time I came in. I realize this is an intense time for companies but in all honesty the service seemed like no one was ever happy someone walked in the door. I don’t think of this as an issue with staff but actually an issue with management. As a CSR recruiter after doing CS for years I’ve always realized that the staff is a reflection of their management. I’ll be back but only because I’m addicted to Nektar.
