Literally just asked if there were any smoothies on the sweeter side for my younger daughter. The lady cashier Looked at me like I was stupid and shrugged her shoulders. I had to name off a few and ask if they would taste good for a younger child. Pathetic. Made me feel real good. Won’t come back here.

We typically love walking guests through our menu and explaining the ins and outs of every drink. In fact, all new team members make and taste every drink on the menu so that we can help guests like yourself out. I'm sorry you didn't get that same experience.
If you do decide to give us another chance we'd love to serve you up something healthy, fresh, and delicious (and for your young daughter I recommend the Pink Flamingo!).

The service was great and the smoothies were also good. The pricing is relatively high all things considered.

Tasty and healthy smoothies and juices, although a bit pricey. Lots of options for added proteins and toppings for the smoothie bowls. Nice clean place to sit down and chill, and healthy snacks are also available.

Nekter provides a warming and comfortable atmosphere, with a consciously accommodating menu. I tried 2 different smoothie flavors and both tasted delicious.

These smoothies and bowls are delicious and I was willing to pay the price because I liked that they only gave plastics if you ask, the bowl was paper and it was full to the brim. Now they have small plastic bowls and I was less than pleased with the half empty bowl for over 10 dollars.

Carrie - I am glad you enjoy our smooties and bowls! Being in the PNW we are extremely concerned with our recyclables. Our new bowls are 100% recyclable, whereas the paper bowls (and any paper products with food residue) are not able to be recycled at all. Because of this, and to highlight our ingredient transparency, we made the switch to a 100% recyclable material. We haven't changed our portion size so you're still getting everything you've paid for!
I've been here a few times. The overall impression is great, love the look and smell of the place. However, when it comes to customer service the place really starts to lack. Each time I've been in there has been barely a hello, usually only a "what can I get started for ya" and that's the extent of the interaction. (Besides when they yell my name as my drink is up)
On top of that, the time it takes to get these smoothies is closer to 15 minutes, which I personally think is silly. You have mod pizza and Jimmy John's right next to you. If it takes less time to get my food over my beverage then theres a slight issue. I will say though that these smoothies are pretty filling so you typically dont even need a big meal.
Lastly, the pricing. I have no problem with paying for high quality ingredients, I prefer it really. $18 for 2 large smoothies (20oz I believe) is a little steep, but not awful.
Overall the place is alright and if it's in my budget I go.

Samantha - I am sorry to hear you're not being welcomed by our team. Customer service is a high priority for us and we will be sure to use this as a teaching opportunity. We're glad you don't mind paying a bit more for our high quality ingredients. It is, however, these ingredients that make our wait time a little longer. We cut, peel and prep all our fresh fruits and vegetables for your order. We do have an app for online ordering to help you skip the wait time if you're in a hurry. We hope your budget allows a visit to us soon!
I was extremely pleased with my first experience with your company! Not only was it refreshing to walk into the establishment and be assaulted (in the best way) by the amazing aroma of fresh produce, it was so nice to have a smoothie that you could tell was made from real ingredients! Will definitely be making Nekter Juice Bar a regular stop for this vegan family! One thing I would love, is if you could look into getting your nutritional information shared with Cronometer! That would be the icing on the cake! Please don't stop dog what you guys are doing!

Prices are a bit high but that's because I get all the extras in my 32oz. It's over 1000 calories so is perfect for working out or just gaining muscle. They have regular health smoothies too

Really good, overpriced, and very very long wait times. $9 for 16 oz smoothie and around a 30 minute wait.

Christopher Bellingham - Thanks for your review. All of our drinks are made fresh to order. Which means all of the produce is sliced, diced or peeled for your order! However, 30 minutes is far too long. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can retrain and work with our team to improve their time.
