I ordered ahead so my drink would be ready at the promised time. It wasn’t. The “ASAP” time available was 20 minutes from order time and I had wait an additional 10 minutes in store. The experience encourages me to make smoothies at home not to waste my time and money with your company.

Good. My smoothie had something hard blended in it. It looked like an almond but had the hardness of a walnut shell.

Customer service and wait time has gotten worse each time I go in there. I waited for +25 minutes for my drink, at which point I inquired about my drink. They smoothie engineer looked confused and began looking for my drink. After a few more minutes she sound it in the back cooler. In the end it took almost 30 minutes to get my pretty mediocre orange smoothie.
