Your staff is very friendly. I do, try to allow about 5+ minutes until I get ot the store, so I don't need to wait for my yummy bowl.

The employees are always kind and helpful. If the order has an item with multiples (like two of the same thing) it doesn't seem like it shows on their screens or whatever they use for the to go and app orders. However they always correct it and are very well mannered and polite.

The Nekter crew at Chkalov in Vancouver is efficient and friendly. I have experienced a wait for a smoothie ordered online when they had a receipt, I arrived well after the time it was supposed to be ready, and they couldnt find the drink. But they made it right away and took care of me. Otherwise, my orders have been ready and timely. I have a regular order and its always tasty.

My bowl was ready a minute or so after the time it said it would be ready. Pretty good! I was on my lunch break so I appreciated that.

This was my first time ordering. I ordered online and it said it would take 20 min. That seems like a long time for an order. Everything was delicious, I just feel like that was too long for an order of this nature.
